1. You believe his administration – and neoprogressives in general – are honest men and women who generally act in the best interests of the United States of America and the American people, and not special interest groups.

2. You are not actively hallucinating, hearing voices that are not there, or the like.

3. You are otherwise functioning normally and do not exhibit any bizarre behavior.

4. Any feelings of elation (e.g., tingling feeling in one’s leg) pass rapidly.

5. These beliefs are not caused by or related to any substance abuse or medical condition…

…then, congratulations, you have met the five DSM-IV criteria for Delusional Disorder.
